Our highly experienced design team gives us an unrivalled ability to solve problems with innovative, cost effective ideas that are designed to be practical. For example, our revolutionary tyre handler that eliminates all manual handling from shuttle car tyre maintenance and reduces the manpower needed or our on-board water tank system for QDS Bolting Baskets which allows the installation of roof bolts when reticulated water is not available. We are also proud of our ballast and concrete drop-hole systems; a complete family of inventive products which dramatically reduce the time it takes to build roads underground.
Whether we are designing and fabricating a QDS attachment for an underground coal mine, build kits for a major OEM or concrete cast-ins for a construction company we take an innovative approach and control every step of the production at our own premises.
Our 1000m² workshop is equipped with state of the art fabrication and design tools and we have the capacity to deal with everything from a handrail to a mine entry portal.

What makes Jet Engineering different from every other fabricator is our approach to problem solving and design. You don’t need to give us ideas or sketches, or even know what you need. Just tell us the problem you want to solve or the improvement you’d like to make. We analyse all the available information and then discuss, brainstorm and put our thinking caps on to come up with a practical, cost effective solution.
Every project is designed from the ground up, taking into consideration budget, users of the equipment and the operating environment. Whilst we draw on previous experience; every project is a unique solution so we avoid the “one size fits all” approach. Our in-house drafting team use 3D drafting software to create a concept model of our proposed solution for you to review. We then produce a full set of manufacturing drawings to ensure efficient and high quality manufacture. This all means your end product is specific to your situation, user-friendly and can be reordered or modified at any time in the future.
